Alphasonics Parts Washing



Alphasonics have done it again! These incredible units represent state-of-the-art systems for waste ink disposal (AS200) and  manual washing of ink trays and chambers as used in the labelling sector (AS80). As well as being light and portable, both these systems incorporate the process of Flocculation, an easy and very effective method of splitting pigment from wash water, enabling the pigment to be filtered. The residual water can then be re-used or safely disposed to drain.

 

The AS200 is a cost effective dedicated waste ink disposal and water treatment station with a 200ltr capacity that will effectively flocculate ink or  laden water for safe disposal or re-use.

The AS80  system is a light and mobile manual parts washer with an 80Ltr capacity. The wash water can be re-used many times before environmentally friendly disposal.
