Overview

Alphasonics design and manufacture bespoke ultrasonic cleaning systems to the printing, engineering and electronics sectors (amongst many others) world-wide, serving many industries with countless applications and specific requirements. Our systems and services include Anilox roll and gravure cylinder cleaning, industrial parts washing, de-greasing, surface finishing and PCB cleaning. Through close co-operation, we also have developed a system to clean the blanket wash module as used in the Heidelberg, Man Roland, plus several other lithographic presses. A range of additional and complimentary systems enables the cleaning of general parts, with the major benefit of being able to flocculate the waste ink /paint /varnish-laden water for re-use or more environmentally friendly disposal.

The above applications operate with a range of Alphasonics chemicals especially formulated for use with the appropriate Alphasound systems. In addition to the superb cleaning capabilities of Alphasound, we take great pride in the system design and user friendliness of our equipment. We can offer single tank, multistage, conveyored and special bespoke equipment, plus auxiliary equipment such as pick and place units and cranes of various capacities and designs. All systems are designed and manufactured in-house. We fabricate and construct our own tanks and steelwork, design and assemble our own generators and control cards and bring them together to produce Alphasound equipment in whatever format.
