Edale Beta

 

The Beta is the latest version of the successful B-Range, incorporating some additional features.

Supplied with up to 14 print stations and 4 converting modules, the Beta is truly modular.  Available for either 250 mm or 330 mm web widths and with a number of innovative features, the Beta provides a highly cost-effective, versatile solution to today's label and packaging market.

Edale's design and production engineers have built the Beta from the ground up with practical and ergonomic principles in mind.

 

 

Also standard are:


          - Ceramic Anilox rollers
          - Reverse angle doctor blades

 

Fast changeover is facilitated by providing easy access. Drying units are located above the print heads rather than below to avoid the risk of ink drying on the plates and aniloxes and to provide improved web visibility, thereby dramatically reducing wastage. Print heads are driven by helical gears for improved efficiency Adjustments on the Beta are simple, fast and accurate.

Our customer support ensures ready availability of expertise and service replacement parts. Above all, due to the comparative simplicity and thoughtful engineering, the Beta is relatively inexpensive, as are all the spares.
