Melissa Melissa is the ideal way of achieving top quality Anilox
cleaning where space is at a premium. Melissa "benchtops" return an
excellent cleaning job from a basic but highly engineered unit at an affordable
price. In its standard format, the Melissa is a twin-roll system at 250mm tank
width but, as with virtually all of Alphasonics equipment it can be supplied as
a multi-roll unit and accommodate aniloxes up to 2300mm face. Although lacking a
rinse tank and some of the more sophisticated attributes of its bigger sisters,

Alphaplus Alphaplus systems represent our bespoke range of products that are tailored
specifically to customer requirements. The name Alphaplus covers a multitude of
configurations, for example, from systems that will clean several rolls at
once through single roll systems up to 200" (5000mm) face, to also include
"on-press" equipment of varying configurations. As far as we
know, this model does not have comparable competition as it includes system

Mia
combines the compactness and simple control of the Melissa with the rinse tank,
spray-wash facility and services management bulkhead of the Miranda. In
addition, Mia enjoys a manually activated pump and filtration system for tank
cleanliness. Mia is available in either a single or dual frequency and offers
the capability of cleaning Anilox rolls over a wide range of screen counts. In
its standard format, Mia is a twin roll system with tank lengths from 430mm to
2300mm and tank widths from 250mm (2-4 rolls) to 350mm (3-6 rolls).
The
Megan series offers printers the very latest Alphasound technology including
variable power and multi-frequency generators enabling safe and
precise cleaning of even the highest screen count rolls available today.
The "Megan" series encompasses the latest advances in
Alphasound research and includes Alphasound 2000/1 logic operating via a
keyboard control system. Megan offers menu-driven
scroll-down selection so operators can easily access and set the options
available. The machine will automatically default to its most "most
gentle" setting at cycle end.
